Smush
Hey guys!
I have made a decision - I'm going to {smush} my Project365 blog with my Boys blog. Why? 1) Lack of time means I have a ton of pics of the boys that I never get posted on thier blog and that makes me sad! 2) I simply wanna focus on my little men! My business blog is totally seperate and will always will be, but my Project365 is all for me and so I'm making it a "my boys" theme - if it works out well then I'll just keep it up!! AND I think I might make another typepad blog for it - with my business blog being typepad I wanna make everything as quick and easy as I possibly can and if I can edit in the same place for business and personal? WAHOO - life is easier and I can post even more! PLus the pictures are Huge on Typepad and I love huge pictures!
So, if you stop by here inthe next few days and it's redirecting you, thats why. Thanks for being so uber supportive of me and my work always and all my crazy blogs - you guys totally rock and I love you all :)

Lady bugs and snow boots...
Oh, my Luke. He is one of a kind, let me tell ya. Today its 79 degree's outside and just lovely. The rain is coming soon, and it is getting cloudy - but so warm and cozy. I walked outside to take a pic for today and out walks my little man - shorts, soccer shirt and snow boots. He loves to wear these boots outside and it cracks me up! He says his feet are "not itchy" in them, so he chooses to wear them, no matter what the temp is. Well, we both sit in the grass and just were soaking in the beautiful day and I just watched him - and grateful I had my camera in hand. He found a lady bug, then picked some flowers and told me a story - just little ole Luke moments. I wish I could freeeze him sometimes so he woudln't grow up. So, I had to post a few more today and share our tiny moments from our afternoon that now, I will get to always remember.

Go-Cart day!
Monday is was so great outside and it was finally a day where all the boys could get the go-cart out and drive around the yard!! If you put some cushions in there Jeremiah can drive it alone - so off he went! I couldn't believe how long he drove around!! He had SOOO much fun and now is counting the days for the next nice day, hehe!

SO CUTE!!!!
Oh, I ordered this a while back and then I forgot about it until this week - then today it showed up!!! OH MY GOSH - is this not the cutest thing?! I had to post it! Everyone is always looking for super cute bottoms to hide diapers and undies - well this is the bomb! AHHH! Check it out peoples! If you would like one GO get one, tell them I sent you over - Kathy was a complete sweetheart and I cant wait to get more now since I know Im gonna use this a ton! Its a clothing Line called Mabelicious run on over there, if you have a little girl and need dress ideas? Oh my goodness go. I wish I could buy all of it and just have it here to use - whihc I might have to peice by peice, haha! Cant you just see it by the red barn? AHHHHHHHH!

It's MAY!
I loooooove May because even though we will still have cold days, everything is turning green faster and faster everyday!!! We need to mow SO badly, but for the sake of pictures I LOVE right before we mow the grass, all of the yummy long green grass?! oh swoooon, I just love it so. Today its over cast because rain is coming soon, so I asked Miah to be my pic of the day so I could do this shot one more time. I love it, the grass looks like a green thick blanket of yum-o...ahhhhh May in Illinois.

Crazy day!
Today is another crazy day. Lets see, I got 3 hours of sleep - oh joy! Up at 6am, my gf dropped of her muchkins with me for the day while she did some training for her new job! We have been wanting them to come for weeks so the boys were SO excited! Then at 10am I had a session then by the time session was all wrapped up it was lunch time and then me and Rach wanted to get some pics befoe her mom got back to get them! They just left - I'm gonna go sneak in a teeny nap and then its dinner and off to church, and the store and then back home to proof!! AHHHHHHHHHH! haha - it was a GREAT day though so no complaints here, just a busy day - as usual!

La-La Land.
Ever just have days you feel like out in left field - lost in your thoughts, la-la land?! Thats me today. I have had a lovely day thus far, just too much on my mind and lots of work to do, so its like I'm here, but not really! ...I need a sister day - that's what I need. I'm missing my sister, and we keep texting each other, but sometimes thats just not enough. We are both freakishly busy people and so schedules are hard to mesh. One of the great things about her is that she understands my lack of time and I understand her lack of time, and well we just work around it and dont get upset about it. It's a mutual respect and love - and yet another reason why we get along so perfectly. We *get* each other without even having to talk. ....Oh, how I love those people in your life who you can cherish that way and never ever have to doubt their intentions or love for you. So, just missing my sis today and sending out some sis love. Not to mention when I looked at these shots of my baby boy I saw nothing but my sister in him and it tears me up - i love it! I'm not one to cry unless my world is crashing, however I get all sappy and weepy when I think of my sister. --- Love you, sis.

Helper.
Im cheating because I forgot to take a random pic today! I thought this was cute so I thought I would post it, its an out-take from a session! The daddy of this sweet baby was such a GREAT helper today and we kept aiming the little space heater at her to keep her warm and happy - well for this basket it it was harder becuase she was higher than the heat! Her daddy, being the sweetie that he was held it up for me and aimed it at her while I got the shots I needed - he was sitting near her by my camera-right backlight as you can see! Just thought I would use this for today and show his 'willingness to help' - made for some CUTE shots!!!

I got nothin'! I "forgot" my camera - on purpose, haha!! Today was busy-busy-busy as it always is on Sunday's so I just didn't take Big Daddy - Thats what I named my newest camera in case you were wondering! He needed a name, he's my friend! - ANYWAY he stayed home to get some much needed rest! ...Now if only I could get some rest??? *wink*

My signature colors - hehehe!! When you have a 'well-known obsession' it really is a very nice thing!!! I loooooooooooooooove pink and brown, LOVE it! I love when people say ' I saw this today Shellie and I thought of you!" and it's always *my* colors! That makes me so happy! I get all kinds of wonderful goodies from family, friends, clients - everyone gets me pretty things!!! The suitcase and bag below are from my mom for my b-day, I LOVE it! Now Jeremy gets my boring black luggage and I get this, HURRAY!! Then to add to my pink and brown themed post I thought I would take a pic of a couple other gifts I have gotten in my theme! One is from an old friend from highschool (Nicki by old I do not mean OLD, hahaha *wink* Had to add that considering the topic of our last emails!) - it was a surprise one day and I just LOVE IT! Then the other is from a new friend, Miss "R" - she got it for me a few months ago but I dont think I have ever taken a pic of it??? But oh I just love it!!! Poor Jeremiah thinks it's mean I put him in a 'girl frame' hehehehe - I guess I need one of me in there!! ...I hope you all have a very pink and brown day today! ;)

Beauuuuuutful. Look, I got new pretty's!! ;) I have a wonderful friend/client who is begining her Real Estate career! ( to which she will be FABULOUS at, no doubt) Well, she needed some pro headshots for her signage and promo stuff - I refused to let her pay me because she's a rockstar and talks me up everywhere she goes and I just wanted to help her out! Well, she is as stubborn as I am and made me choose some BEAUTFUL jewelry in exchange! I love, love, loooove it!!! I got 3 necklaces and 2 pair of earrings and let me let you I can not wait to wear it!! Pretty.
Sunday was just lovely outside AGAIN, another perfect day. We just strolled downtown, did some shopping, and I took lots of pics! There are textures and colors everywhere, I just love it, Makes me wanna get a bus load of people and drive them up for a whole day of amazing sessions - try me, I'll do it in a heartbeat!!!!!! The one of the boys in the van is from Saturday but I wanted to add it, haha its cute! Silly boys! - Is it time to go back to Galena yet? I'm ready!!!!!

BIRTHDAY GIFT!
My B-day gift from my hubby was a trip to Galena - my newest love! I love Galena as much as I love my cameras!!!!! ITS AWESOME!!! I love it there so very much - there could have been no better gift :) Be sure to click these so you can see them better, It was SO perfect this weekend with the 70 degree weather and the huge clouds and blue skys *sigh* I could have stayed there forever. Flip-Flops.
Ohhhhh the blessed flip-flops came out today! I have been wearing them for like 2 weeks now as a protest to the cold weather - my feet need the air, even if the weather chooses to STAY COLD! Well, I think all of my protesting has worked! Today I got to wear them in 74 degree's!!! WAHOO! I went for an awesome walk for a couple hours this monring with my walking buddies, and then came home and played catch with the boys for over an hour. It was such a perfect day weather wise. It's about time, Illinois!!!!!!!!!

From today that is! I had my camera with me ALL day and only used it for a session. So I thought I would throw this one up of Luker's. He literally didn't give me anything that day, haha - you can tell by looking! This is what he did 99% of the time! Crazy, crazy boy.

I can drive!
Okay so there was never a point where I couldn't drive, but my birthday is um, SATURDAY and so I needed to get this taken care of this week!! My week is a little bit hectic, sooooo today was the day! I didn't even have to take a written test! I thought I would have to since I haven't since I turned 16 and I'm gonna be 29 - when you do start taking tests?? I don't know! Jeremy says maybe its becuase I havent had any tickets? That's a good reward if thats the case! But maybe I was supposed to and my b-day present was that I didn't have to be tested? hhehehehe, either way I'm good and free and clear till 2012! WOOT!
